The Challenge

Following a EUR 130M+ acquisition, a major MedTech distribution company needed experienced interim leadership to manage the commercial integration in Sweden. The business faced declining margins, customer attrition, and organizational uncertainty among the 150-person sales and operations team.

Our Approach

We stepped in as interim Country Manager with a mandate to stabilize the business, execute the commercial integration, and build a platform for profitable growth. The engagement covered organizational restructuring, sales process redesign, key account retention programs, and pricing optimization. We worked closely with the PE sponsor to align commercial execution with value creation targets.
